She co-founded Coffee Flock and Coffea School, two projects that reflect her passion for quality, education, and connection within the coffee community. Her work focuses on sensory education, coffee evaluation, and developing meaningful relationships across the supply chain — from origin to cup. Known for her thoughtful approach and dedication to transparency, María Esther continues to inspire a new generation of coffee professionals and enthusiasts through training, mentorship, and storytelling.
